Pigment , paste dispenser and Mixer product line

The unit consists pigment dispenser, paste dispenser, mixer, conveyor and control system. pigment dispenser completes the pigment dispensing, using weighing method and high-precision electronic weighing to ensure the high accuracy of pigment ; paste dispenser carries out printing paste, binder and water rapidly; Automatic mixer makes pigment and paste fully mixed.

Pigment Dissolve Unit

This unit is used to mix pigment powder and water, then dissolve them later. Sometimes it dissolves high concentrations of color paste. After completing this process, transport it to storage tank through filtering feeding device. The unit is controlled by computer. The whole process is automatically watered, stirred and cleaned.

Paste preparation system

Paste is an important component of printing paste, which has a long preparation time and a large amount of usage. The double high-speed paste preparation system uses two high-speed axles to mix, which greatly improves paste-forming efficiency. Paste is made and stored in big tank. Paste is sent to paste distribution unit by high-viscosity pump for distribution, in order to ensure paste quality delivery. The process is equipped with filters.

Auxiliaries distribution system

Auxiliaries are widely used in printing and dyeing industry because of the variety and quantity of auxiliaries in ingredients. Auxiliaries are needed in dyeing process, pretreatment and post-finishing processes. Therefore, auxiliaries distribution is widely used in printing and dyeing industry. Auxiliaries distribution can achieve accurate measurement and transportation, reduce waste of raw materials, shorten machine preparation time, and reduce pollution. There are two ways to distribute auxiliaries: weight and volume measurement. Volumetric distribution of Auxiliaries is measured by high-precision flow-meter. The distribution station of Auxiliaries is connected with the raw material barrel through three-way distributor, and is transported to the feeding point near the machine. The distribution of Auxiliaries is completed one by one, and the whole process is measured by flow-meter; the distribution of weight auxiliaries is carried out by weighing prescription. The dispensing of auxiliaries is completed in the container, and the dispensing is carried out in a single pipe to the dispensing point near the machine table. The characteristics of volume distribution of auxiliaries are compact rhythm and high delivery efficiency; the characteristics of weight distribution of additives are accurate ingredients, and the closed-loop function can accurately record the actual formula.

Dye Distribute System

In order to improve the efficiency of dyeing process and worker's working intensity, we have developed a dye distribution system according to different process requirements. There are three ways to distribute dye solution: weight, volume and pigment(powder) mixing. The weight type transforms the pigment powder into liquid, and distributes it by weighing, and evenly sends it to the machine after mixing; the volume type is the same as the auxiliaries distribution principle, measured by flow-meter; the pigment(power) mixing is to use color matching first, then turn the matched color powder into liquid, and distribute it to the machine. The advantages of weight distribution lie in its high distribution accuracy; the advantages of volume distribution lie in its high delivery efficiency; and the advantages of powder distribution lie in its accurate color and high distribution efficiency.
